Terms of Service

PrimeCoach is a platform for fitness coaches, nutrition professionals, and their clients. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Coaches are responsible for the content, programs, and advice they provide to their clients through the platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

Some features may require a paid subscription. Prices and billing intervals are shown at checkout or in your coach dashboard.

Payments are processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment partners to charge the applicable fees.

Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel according to the instructions in your account or by contacting support.

PrimeCoach provides software tools only. We do not provide medical, nutritional, or fitness advice, and we are not a party to the relationship between a coach and their clients.

Clients should consult qualified professionals before starting any training or nutrition program. Coaches are solely responsible for compliance with laws and professional standards applicable to their services.

You agree not to:

• Use PrimeCoach for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data without authorization
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform, its infrastructure, or other users

PrimeCoach and its branding, software, and website content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform except as allowed by these Terms.

Coaches retain ownership of the content they upload. You grant PrimeCoach a limited license to host and display that content solely to operate the service.

PrimeCoach is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.

You may stop using PrimeCoach at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the platform or other users.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version at this URL with an updated date. Continued use of PrimeCoach after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
